Refund policy

Every D. Is for... piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. Producing garments on demand helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste, allowing us to create only what is needed.

Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour preference
  • Buyer's remorse

Please refer carefully to our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@d-isfor.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We'll investigate the shipment with our fulfilment partner and arrange an appropriate solution if the package is confirmed as lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to our fulfilment partner, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If a delivery is not collected and is returned to our fulfilment partner, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

EU & UK Consumer Rights

I would leave a short paragraph like this:

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local legislation provides additional rights, those rights will apply.

I actually prefer this over copying Printful's legal references. It's much cleaner, customer-friendly, and avoids trying to summarize legislation yourself.
